Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 October 2026

These Terms apply to BetaX accounts, trading, wallets, staking, and the PBX token offering. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use digital-asset services in your location.

Services

BetaX may provide trading, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, staking, token offerings, P2P tools, and payment services. Availability varies. Planned or demonstration features are not live services.

PBX

PBX is the token name used by BetaX. The displayed US$0.005 presale price is set by BetaX; it is not proof of market value or liquidity. PBX is speculative. No future price, profit, listing, utility, liquidity, or fiat return is guaranteed. Price examples are not forecasts.

Users should review verified supply, allocation, vesting, emission, chain, and use-of-proceeds information before buying. If information is not published, do not assume it.

Staking

Every pool has its own APR, asset, lock period, reward schedule, and early-exit rules. PBX rewards are paid in PBX unless stated otherwise. A 50% PBX APR does not mean a 50% return in dollars. Token issuance, PBX price changes, and limited liquidity can reduce value. The current PBX pool has a 365-day lock and a 10% early-withdrawal charge.

Trading and withdrawals

Withdrawal or unstaking does not guarantee that an asset can be sold for cash or at a quoted price. Execution depends on buyers, order-book depth, volume, fees, compliance checks, and system availability.

Risk

Digital assets can lose all value. Risks include volatility, dilution, limited liquidity, custody loss, cyberattack, blockchain failure, regulation, and service interruption. Use only funds you can afford to lose. BetaX does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

User duties

Provide accurate information, protect your account, review all fees and terms, pay applicable taxes, and use BetaX lawfully. Fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Platform terms

BetaX may restrict accounts for security, legal, or compliance reasons. Applicable fees must be shown before confirmation where possible. The service is provided “as available”; profit, liquidity, uninterrupted access, and roadmap completion are not guaranteed.

Contact support@betaxcex.com. Verified company, registration, address, jurisdiction, and licensing details will be published when confirmed. Until then, users should not assume BetaX is regulated in any particular jurisdiction. Material updates will show a revised effective date.
